2026 Asia Sport Forum    The Asian Society for Sport Convergence Sciences (ASCS）is pleased to announce the 2026 2nd Asia Sport Forum, which will be held online in late December 2026. The Forum will bring together researchers and scholars from around the world to share the latest research findings, exchange ideas, and strengthen international academic collaboration in sport science. High school students and undergraduate students are not eligible to present. Manuscript Submission Policy1. Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through the ASCS website. Manuscripts submitted by email or any other method will not be accepted for review.2. Authors are strongly advised to carefully write and review their manuscript before submitting it through the ASCS website to avoid the need for revisions and resubmission.3. Once a manuscript has been submitted, any revision and resubmission will be treated as a new submission and will incur an additional registration fee. Poster Presentation Requirements and Quality Standards1. Poster presenters must submit both an abstract and a PowerPoint file. If the abstract or PowerPoint is inadequate or the completeness of the research content is insufficient, the submission will be rejected.2. On the day of the presentation, poster presenters must deliver a 5-minute poster presentation introducing your research. poster presenters must also participate in a Q&A session with reviewers and attendees. They may have presentations in English, Korean, and Chinese.3. Therefore, authors must carefully prepare their submissions to ensure that both the paper and the presentation meet the required academic standards.4. A certificate of presentation will be issued only to poster presenters who meet the above requirements. e-Proceeding BookWe will provide an e-proceedings book, which will be uploaded to ASCS, KISS (Korean Studies Information Service System), Google Scholar, and other platforms. Refund PolicyOur Society implements the following refund policy for the 2026 Asia Sport Forum:1. Before the manuscript submission deadline : 100% refund    Until Oct 9 18:002. After the peer-review process has been completed and the manuscript has been accepted for publication: 50% refund    Until Oct 31 18:003.  After the editorial process has been completed: No refund    After 18:00 PM on October 31AdvantagesWe will recommend an Excellent Paper Award for each session. If the author of an awarded paper wishes, we will assist in publishing the paper in APJASS (Asia Pacific Journal of Applied Sport Sciences) and a KCI-indexed journal. The publication timeline may vary depending on the journal, but it is generally completed within six months. The journal publication fees are waived. The Rising Excellent Scholar Award is presented to the presenters (Ranked 1st-3rd) with the highest score among the session winners. We will invite the winner to serve as a Board Member for one year and issue a certificate.Registration Fee1.
